Billy Ray McCall

Silversteen Community – Billy Ray McCall, 63, born on June 28, 1951, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday morning, March 1, 2015.
He was the son of the late Flemming Jahu McCall and Grace Galloway McCall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lorenia McCall, and his brother, Randy McCall of the Silversteen Community.
Surviving are Jean and Bascom Hooper of East Fork, James “Buster” and Rebecca McCall of Balsam Grove, Melba McCall of Hendersonville, Thad and Mary McCall, Ted and Judy McCall, Donnie and Leslie Hall, and Ronnie McCall all of Silversteen Community. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews along with great nieces and great nephews.
Billy was an employee of Transylvania County TVS along with some other jobs in the community.
The funeral service will be held at Mountain View Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mack Jahu McCall Cemetery in Silversteen.
