Obituary for Janie Nicholson Hogsed Clemmer (Nicholson)
Brevard – Janie Nicholson Hogsed Clemmer, 85, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2015.
She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Alberta Bracken Nicholson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Bill Hogsed and Hugh Clemmer; one brother, Harry Nicholson and one infant son.
Janie was a member of Dunn’s Rock Baptist Church. She was a faithful Christian, loving wife and mother and a devoted grandmother.
Surviving are her daughters; Anita Lawrence and husband Buddy of Franklin, NC and Pat Perry and husband Michael of Brevard; brothers, Rev. Claude Nicholson and wife Shirley of Brevard and Henry Nicholson and wife Guyma of Brevard; grandchildren, Brody and Dustin Long, Natalie Stone, Jesse Perry and wife Heather, Melissa Rogers and husband Taylor; seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2pm, Friday, November 20, 2015 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Connestee Cemetery.
