John Monteith
John is a native of Sylva but has resided in Brevard since 1968. He graduated from Brevard High School in 1981 and went on to Haywood Community College. John and his wife Sharon have one son, Wesley, and are members of First Baptist Church of Brevard. John became a licensed funeral director in 1986 and joined the staff of Moody-Connolly Funeral Home in 2010. John is a member of the Hendersonville Elks Lodge #1616.
