Benjamin Tillman Daggett, age 74, of Brevard, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2019.

He was the son of the late Thomas and Irene Thomas Daggett.

Mr. Daggett served his country in the U. S. Army. He enjoyed the mountains and hiking.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Caroll Welsh Daggett, one son, Matthew Daggett of Charlotte, one daughter, Shannon Daggett of Charlotte, one sister, Charlotte Bauguss and husband Richard of Charlotte and seven grandchildren, Kenan, Chris, Lauren, Ryan, Trever, McKayla and Joshua.

At Mr. Daggett’s request, no services will be held.

Sorry To Hear This ... We Grew Up Two Blocks' From Each Other ... Remember His Dad Worked For Southern Bell For Yrs. Before Moving Out Off Alexander Road ... Benji Hated The Move ... We Rode Our Bicycles' Out To Camp Steer One Summer Day On Lake Wylie, 32 Miles' Round Trip ... Our Moms' Never Knew ... Who Cares' Now But He Use To Sneak His Moms' 'Blue '58 Chevrolet Out At 4 In The Morning & We Would Ride Around The South Part Of Town, When The South Part Was Still Country ... Gonna Miss Ya !!!!
