Obituary for Brenda Gail Ashe (McFalls)

Rosman - Brenda “Gail” Ashe died peacefully in her home surrounded by family June 16th, 2020.
She was the daughter of the late Bud and Jessie Wikle McFalls. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Lewis and James Bud McFalls.
She was a devoted Christian woman who loved Christ and her Rosman Baptist Tabernacle church family. Her entire life was lived with an unselfish love for everyone around her. It was always such a joy for her to be with family and friends.
A wife and mother for almost 51 years and over 40 years working as a teacher’s assistant at Rosman Elementary and Brevard First Baptist Church preschool. Her greatest joy and dedication was being a grandmother. She loved her two grandchildren, Emilee, and Gabriel more than life itself. They were her world for 22 years. We are so thankful for the example she taught us; how to live a life pleasing to Christ, thinking of others first before yourself.
Survivors include, the love of her life, husband, Raymond Eddie Ashe, one daughter, Jennifer Ashe Lawson of Arden, one son, David Scott Ashe and wife Zara of Tuckasegee, brothers and sisters, Dovie Mae Stephens and husband Huty of Cullowhee, Ben McFalls and wife Cindy of Cullowhee, Clara Faye Nicholson and husband Delane of Sylva, Joseph Terrell McFalls of Dunmore, Judy Allman and husband Toby of Bryson City, sister in law, Glana McFalls Vickers of Cullowhee, grandchildren Emilee Ashe Painschab and husband Devin of Sylva and Gabriel Ashe of Tuckasegee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in honor of her to Rosman Baptist Tabernacle MIssion fund and Tuckasegee Wesleyan Church cemetery fund.
