Obituary for Deborah Ann Miller (Johnson)
Brevard - Deborah Johnson Miller, age 64, passed away unexpectedly on November 26, 2021.
Born in Mt. Holly, NJ, on February 4, 1957, she was the daughter of Randolph and Margaret (Peggy) Johnson. The Johnson family moved to East Fork Road in Brevard in 1973. Debbie graduated from Brevard High School in 1975.
She was always helping others. Debbie loved baking for others. She crocheted blankets and afghans for her friends and family. She was very thoughtful and giving; she would do anything for anybody. She was employed by Tore’s Home in Brevard where she loved her job and her residents.
Debbie was preceded to heaven by her father, Randy, brother, David, and an infant sister, Barbara Jean. She is survived by her mother, Peggy Johnson, sister, Kathie Huggins (Robert), two brothers, Steven Johnson (Karen), and Ken Johnson (Barbara), sister-in-law, Angie Johnson, all of them from Brevard. She is also survived by two step-sons, Mark Miller of Rosman, and Brian Miller of Ohio.
Coming from a large family, she had many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Debbie loved them all.
She was a wonderful stepmother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt, and she will be truly missed.
A celebration of life will be held 2:00 PM, December 12, 2021 at East Fork Baptist Church, 8081 East Fork Road in Brevard, NC, 28712.
