Obituary for Doris Pangle Rogers
Doris Pangle Rogers, age 92 of Rosman, passed away Sunday October 6th, 2019.
She was the daughter of the late Bessie Pangle. Ms. Rogers was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Carlos and Alton Pangle.
She retired from MB Industries Inc. after 37 years of service. Ms. Rogers was a lifetime member of Zion Baptist Church. She was also a number one lifetime Braves fan.
Survivors include three nephews, Rick Pangle and wife Valerie of Rosman, Donald Pangle Sr and wife Martha of Brevard, Travis Pangle and wife Amy Etheridge of Kitty Hawk; two nieces Susan Salter and husband Rick of Rosman, Margaret Fore of Brevard; four great nephews, Donald Pangle Jr (Jen) Brandon Pangle (Nicci) Joel Salter (Laura) Zach Etheridge; one great niece, Alaina McGinnis (Taylor); three great-great nephews; five great-great nieces; one great-great-great niece; many loving cousins.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, October 10th, at 2:00pm at Blue Ridge Garden of Memory, conducted by Rev. Wallace McCall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Labor of Love Transport Rescue, 280 N Big Oak Dr. Mills River, NC 28759
