Jeffrey Brett Suddeth, 58, passed away at his home on Saturday, March 11, 2023. He was the son of Robert and Joyce Meece Suddeth and a lifelong resident of Transylvania County. He was preceded in death by his father, his sister Linda Suddeth Simpson and a niece Charity Simpson Worley.

He is survived by his mother, brothers Robby Suddeth and Tim Suddeth, his life partner Karen Chappell, three stepchildren Jenny Orr, John Chappell, and Justin Chappell, fourteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Jeff was a generous person who was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. His friends were beyond number, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held on March 25, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Champion Park in Rosman. A graveside service will be held at the Galloway-Middlefork Church Cemetery on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at 2:00 pm.
