Obituary for Linda Sue Jones (Orr)
Linda Sue Orr Jones, age 65 of Brevard, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019.
She was the daughter of the late Paul and Stella Barton Orr. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Gerzcak and Freda Davis.
Linda was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Byron Jones, two sons, Derek Henderson and wife Wendy of Brevard and Nathan Henderson of Rosman, one daughter, Lisa Owen and husband Drew of Balsam Grove, one brother, Cecil Orr and wife Charlene of Washington State, six sisters, Mildred Kitchen of Washington State, Cora Belle Anders and husband Norman of Hendersonville, Jenny Mae Morris of Horseshoe, Susie McCall and husband Dennis of Balsam Grove, Barbara Bracken of Rosman and Willie Bullock and husband Frankie of Balsam Grove, three grandchildren, Kelci, Jude and Adrianna and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2pm, Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Blue ridge Gardens of Memory.
