I just saw the obituary in the Transylvania Times and Logan WV jumped out at me. I live in Brevard as did my mom Patricia Turley Whited, who died in 2011. Mom grew up down the street from Mark and Mary Agnes, and I remember going up to the Valentine's house to visit when I was a kid. I'm sorry that we didn't know that Mark lived in Pisgah Forest, I would have loved to have taken mom to visit Mark. My deepest condolences to the family, especially to Mary Agnes, a very good friend of mom's. Please give her my best wishes.
