Marshall Lee Messer, age 78, of Sapphire, passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018.
He was the son of the late Roy and Bonnie Woody Messer. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Messer and sister, Gay Roper.
Survivors include two sons, Max Messer and wife Holly of Wilmington, NC and Dustin Messer of Sapphire, one daughter, Brandy James and husband Danny of Moultrie, GA, one brother, Don Messer and wife Pat of Pisgah Forest, one sister, Peggy Lineberry and husband William of Fayetteville, NC, eight grandchildren, Wyatt, Colton, Benjamin, Katelyn, Trysten, Damon, Chellbie and Joseph and one great granddaughter, Eva.
At Mr. Messer’s request, no services will be held.
