Obituary for Patricia Gay Ricketts (Greer)
Patricia Greer Ricketts, age 82, of Brevard, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019.
She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Hattie Newsome Greer. She was preceded in death by four sisters and six brothers.
She was a wonderful, loving woman that brought the light of Jesus to all she knew. She was a true example of unconditional love and faith. The lives she touched will be forever changed by her absence.
Survivors include the love of her life for 62 years, husband, Raymond Ricketts, one son, Raymond R. Ricketts and wife Sheila of Coeburn, VA, two daughters, Vicki Chambers and husband Kevin of Etowah and Renee McCall and husband Gary of Pisgah Forest, one sister, Ruth Curry of San Diego, CA, grandchildren, Jason and wife Jill, K. C. and wife Missy, Courtney and husband Brad, Chad and wife Maggie, Brandon and wife Ashley and Rachel and husband John and nine great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held 2pm, Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.
