Obituary for Robert Frank Paden
Robert Frank Paden, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.
Mr. Paden was born on May 15, 1941, in Clemson, SC to the late William Reynolds Paden and Ernestine Cloud Paden.
He was a veteran, serving in the U.S. Army, was retired from the Rosman Tracking Station and was a huge Clemson Tiger Football fan. Mr. Paden was a longtime member of Brevard-Davidson River Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Nina Faye Stamey Paden; one sister, Eugenia Earnhardt and husband Roger of Raleigh, NC; one brother, Bill Paden and wife Becky of Marietta, GA; one sister-in-law, Jewell Allison; two nieces, Ann Maassen and Susan Ikerd; two nephews, John and Jim Earnhardt; two special friends, Dr. Ray Dunkelberg and Ben Albert.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at Brevard-Davidson River Presbyterian Church. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.
The family would like to give special thanks to the Brevard Fire and Police Departments and the Transylvania County Rescue Squad for all of their assistance over the past several years, and to Accordius Health of Brevard for the loving care they gave to Mr. Paden.
