I well remember Shirley driving the Special Needs bus #103 in Transylvania County. When she was ill several years ago Paula Quinn filled in for her and I was the monitor for a few weeks. She was greatly loved by her special passengers who missed her very much. Brother Paul, you are in our prayers. Tom Osterhaus

I knew Shirley from her work as the Food Pantry Director at her church. I was one of her connections at MANNA FoodBank. I always enjoyed seeing her and chatting with her when she, Paul and Christina came to the Food Bank. Prayers for her family.

Shirley was a dear friend of ours. Her and Preacher Paul were our N.C. family. Shirley, Preacher Paul, Preacher Rex Galloway, Diane of Community Baptist Church and I (Elaine Edwards) all celebrated our 40th birthday together. Friend's of 29 year's we know. Shirley was a friend who would listen to you and what was going on with you and she would give good Godly advice and pray for you. We had a very special friendship, I will always cherish. So, thankful to God that he put our families in each other's lives. We love you dear lady & will miss you so much but, we'll meet again one glorious day. Prayer's & LOVE, George & Elaine Edwards of Pickens,S.C.
