Obituary for Tammy Jean Ballard
Our beloved Tammy Jean Ballard went to rest high on the mountain Friday morning. She was a long time resident of Pisgah Forest.
She worked at Blue Ridge Upholstery with her family for many years. Tammy loved her family very much. She also loved her gold jewelry, red roses and cheesy Sci-fi movies. She also loved listening to her son singing and playing the guitar.
She was born July 22, 1967 and passed on July 22, 2022, her birthday. She was 55 years old.
Tammy is survived by her life partner James (Billy) McCrary, and her two brothers Timmy and Dwayne Crump. Tammy has two children, Amber McConnell and Gabriel Ballard, and her grandson Gaven Glover. Tammy also has another grandchild on the way from her son's fiance, Kelli Willet.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 5 pm at Berea Baptist Church, on 626 Berea Church Rd., Hendersonville, NC.
