Autumn Jean Willis, age 82, died Friday June 29, 2012 at Transylvania Regional Hospital. She was born November 8, 1929 in Sagerstown, PA to the late Ermie D. Coon and Mary Coon Hibbs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step father Molden Hibbs and one brother Carmen Coon. Autumn was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a charter member of the Lake Toxaway Garden Club and attended Anchor Baptist Church. Survivors include her loving husband of 64 years Thomas Edward Willis, two sons; Michael Willis and his wife Nancy of Lake Toxaway and Mark Willis and his wife Jeanette of Brevard, one daughter; Martha Jean Ives and her husband Loren of Elberta Alabama, three grandsons, one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 3, 2012 at 11:00am at Anchor Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Randy Barton, Dan Dellinger and Rev. Berlis Powell. The family will receive friends Monday evening July 2, 2012 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the church Interment will follow at Piney Grove Cemetery.
