Barbara Ann Davis Swangim, 75, of Brevard passed away peacefully on Thursday November 25, 2021, surrounded by her family.

A North Carolina native and resident of Brevard, Ann was born to the late Thomas Carlton and Margaret Kathleen Davis. She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Sue Parker.

If you knew Ann you knew she loved her children, grandchildren, and great grands. She enjoyed coaching them and watching them play sports, cheer, dance, and sing. She loved to cook for her family and friends and always looked forward to preparing the New Year's Day meal. She also loved spending time visiting on her front porch .

Left to cherish Ann's memory are her daughter, Carla Morrow (Edwin); her son, Jeff Swangim (Laura); grandchildren, Jessie Morrow Sellers ( Morgan), Ethan Morrow (Abbie-Kate), Sally Swangim and Zeb Swangim; great granddaughters, Emerson, Mary Margaret and Olivia Sellers, and a special niece Terri Hoxit.

Ann is also survived by brothers, Bill Davis, Gary Davis and Randy Davis and a sister, Dorinda Owen, and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held in April, 2022.
