Brevard - Betty Toole Clavier, 94, passed away peacefully at the Oaks of Brevard on Friday, September 20, 2024.

Betty was born July 17, 1930 in Augusta, GA to the late Wycliffe David Toole and Theo Lucile Parks Toole. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband of 58 years Eugene (Gene) Clavier, two sons Timothy and Terry Clavier and her brother Rear Admiral Wycliffe Toole.

Betty and her late husband Gene raised four children and moved to Pisgah Forest in 1973. Betty practiced real estate in Brevard for more than 30 years. She was the principal/owner of Carolina Realty of Brevard for more than 25 years.

Betty is survived by her son David Clavier and daughter-in-law Darla Clavier, daughter Carolyn Mega and son-in-law Jerry Mega, daughter-in-law Barbara Clavier, her companion for many years Tracy Littleton and dozens of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
