Beverly "Becky" Nicholson Wilson Lake Toxaway – Beverly "Becky" Nicholson Wilson, 75, of Lake Toxaway, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born on May 11, 1937 to the late Ralph and Gracie Mathis Nicholson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Charlie" Wilson, a sister, Zula Alexander, and a brother, J. C. Nicholson. Mrs. Wilson is survived by a daughter, Sharon " Sherry" Eubanks of Brevard; son, Mike Wilson and girlfriend Cindy of Brevard; four grandchildren, Misty Eubanks Smith and husband Todd of Brevard, Katrina Eubanks Graham and husband Josh of Arden, and Kayla and Allen Wilson of Brevard; six great-grandchildren, Chesney Hightower of Brevard/Balsam Grove, Kayne, Charleigh, and Kreed Smith all of Brevard; and Dalton and Bricen Graham of Arden; six siblings, Polly Crowe and Eunice Guffey both of Walhalla, SC, Jean Morgan and Florence Henline both of Rosman, and Mae Franklin and Furber Nicholson both of Lake Toxaway; several nieces and nephews. She was a lifelong member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Lake Toxaway and she was retired from the Olin/Ecusta paper mill where she worked in the Finishing Department. Mrs. Wilson was a loving, caring and giving mom, mamaw, great-mamaw, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. God richly blessed our lives with her! The family would like to thank everyone who helped Becky during her illness. A special thank you to Joni, Rhonda, Jessica, and Denise with Hospice, and to Aunt Rilla, Pat, Debbie, and Michelle. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. At other times the family will be at the home. A private burial has been requested. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Transylvania Regional Hospital.
