Billie Elizabeth Reagan Wike, 83, of Whittier NC went home to her Heavenly Savior on October 22, 2026. She was a faithful and loving wife to her husband of 65 years, William (Bill) P. Wike.

She was born in Whittier NC to her parents, Herbert and Ida Reagan in September of 1943. She had a sister, Patty Lou Herron. They all preceded her in death.

Billie graduated from Swain High School in 1961. She married William P. Wike on August 26,1961 and they shared 65 years of marriage, 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandson together. 

Billie and William raised their family in Brevard NC where they resided for 57 years.Billie was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, friend and woman of God. She will be greatly missed by her family.Through the years she was a special education teacher assistant at Brevard Elementary School and drove a school bus. She was a foster mother to other children in their time of need. She taught Sunday School for 50 plus years at the churches she attended. She loved to cook for her family and others.She collected antiques, antique dolls, oil painted, sang and played the piano. Billie genuinely loved and was kind to everyone. She held tight to what is good, helped others in need, prayed and read scripture so others would see God through her and shared her salvation through Jesus Christ.

Billie is survived by her husband; William P. Wike, her children; Mitchell (Traci) Wike, George Wike, Julie Wike Sprouse, and Mickey (Barbara) Wike, her grandchildren; Austin Wike, Hunter (Grace) Wike, Tanner (McCall) Wike, Ethan, Kallie, Kara and Jayden Wike, Sean (Anastasia) Sprouse, Ryan Sprouse, Colton and Clayton Wike, her great-grandson, Lorenzo Rumi-Wike, nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be held from 12:00-1:00 pm on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at Calvary Baptist Church in Brevard NC with a memorial service following by Rev. Doug Tankersley. In lieu of flowers, the family requests to donate to your favorite charitable organization.
