Bruce Allan Tenny, 77, formerly of Brevard went to be with the Lord on April 28, 2023.

Bruce was born in Rochester NY to Robert & Elizabeth Tenny. He attended RL Thomas High School graduating in 1963.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years Pat, son Jason brothers Steve and Paul Tenny of Rochester NY, and granddaughters Peyton & Madeline.

After graduation he joined the Navy and attended submarine school and served on the USS Jallao till 1968.

He worked many years in retail retiring in 2011 & moved to Brevard. For the last 11 years he attended Brevard Wesleyan Church where he sang in the church choir and was part of several Men's bible groups.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. We will hold him forever in our hearts until we see him again someday.

A special thanks to the staff at the Oaks Memory Care unit for their wonderful care in the last three months.

A memorial service will be held Saturday May 6, 2023,at Brevard Wesleyan Church. Visitation will be from 3-4 PM followed by the service at 4 PM
