Carl Eugene Jones, 69, of Hendersonville, NC, formerly of Pisgah Forest, NC, passed away on August 15, 2024. Born on May 27, 1955, in Hendersonville, Carl was known for being a loving and caring Daddy and BawBaw. He brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.

He is survived by Darlene, who was the love of his life and the mother to their girls; daughters, Jessica Jones (Danny) and Jennifer Heatherly (Ronnie); grandchildren, Haley Mosley (Josh), Stephen Allison (Nina), Abbey Heatherly, Ronnie Heatherly, Jr. (Brooke), Phylicia Heatherly (Nick), and Karyssa Strich (Max); as well as his great-grandchildren, Brantley, Easton, Corbin, Piper, Carter, David, Kinsleigh, Alessia, and Weston. He also leaves behind his siblings, John Jones (Rachel), Mike Jones, Robert Jones (Connie), and Sandra Parris (Robbie), along with many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Dixie Jones; and his brothers, Harold Jones (Fudd) and Billy Jones.

Daddy's presence will be deeply missed, but his warmth, kindness, and jovial spirit will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life "Pig Pickin" will be held on August 31, 2024, at 2:00 PM at "His Barn", Summer Glen Rd., Etowah, NC. Bring a dish and a chair as we come together to celebrate our Daddy, the way he would want us to.
