Carroll Leroy Crum passed away on May 31, 2021. He was born in Woodstock, MD and resided in Penrose since 2011. Mr. Crum is survived by his wife, Sharon A. Crum; his brother, Herbert L. Crum, Jr. of Baltimore, MD; his sister, Nona A. Dotson of Herrington, KS; his son, Frank Andrew Crum; his daughter, Regina Marie Crum; his granddaughter, Nina Simone Crum.
