Pisgah Forest – Cassie LaJean Leslie, age 32, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.

She was born on February 20, 1993 to Doug  Leslie and LaJean Swangim.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by Paternal grandparents, Phil Leslie, Tommy and Roma Swangim and one uncle, Duane Swangim.

Cassie was a loving and caring daughter, sister, granddaughter and aunt. She enjoyed cooking and adored her dog, Winston. She dearly loved her family and friends.

Survivors include her mother, LaJean Swangim of Pisgah Forest, brother, Lee Swangim of Pisgah Forest, sister, Brie Leslie of Pisgah Forest, Paternal Grandmother, Anna Leslie, two aunts, Kim Leslie Hall and Dena Frisbee, four nephews and two nieces.

Private graveside services will be held at Rock Bridge Cemetery.
