Brevard/Wilmington – Charles Robert Arrowood, 57, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2012 at his residence. A native of Transylvania County, he was the son of the late James Robert Arrowood and Marie Blankenship Arrowood. Surviving are his daughter, Hazel Arrowood of Wilmington; sister, Theresa J. Smith and husband Thomas and their daughters, Bonnie and Loren of Brevard; aunt, Hazel A. Ward of Brevard; sister-in-law, Ava Arrowood of Wilmington; niece and nephew, Casey Samantha Arrowood and Christopher Slate Arrowood both of Wilmington; longtime friend, Vivian Sherron and her son, Jason of Fayetteville, NC. No services are planned at this time.
