Charles Laughter Brevard – Charles Laughter, 47 passed away on Wednesday October 29, 2014. He was the son of the late James Clifford Laughter. He was also preceded in death by his step father; Girtha Owens. Surviving are his mother; Sarah Owens, one son; Taylor Grant Heath, brothers; Kevin "Barry" Laughter, Brian James Laughter and Brandon Owens, sisters; Debra Faye Miller and Cindy Owens. Funeral Services will be held 2pm, Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
