Charles Robinson, age 84, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025. Born on June 20, 1941, in Brevard North Carolina to the late Clarence and Alma McCall Robinson.

Charles lived a full and rewarding life centered around family, friendship, and his lifelong passion for golf. A dedicated golf professional, Charles spent much of his career as the assistant pro at Tequesta Country Club for 39 years, where he was admired not only for his skill and knowledge of the game but also for his patience, kindness, and humor. He touched countless lives through his teaching and his love for the sport.

In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Robinson. Charles is survived by his devoted wife, Evelyn Robinson; his beloved children, Carmen (Mark) Franklin of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Gary Robinson of the home; his loving sister, Donna Robinson of Brevard, North Carolina; and his brother, Bill (Sherry) Robinson of Knoxville, Tennessee. He also leaves behind four cherished grandchildren, Carlee (Rob) Myers of Palm Coast, Florida; Kenlee (Rachel) Critcher of Ormond Beach, Florida; Bentlee (Alicia) Critcher of Flagler Beach, Florida; and Rylee (Sydney) Critcher of Boone, North Carolina; nine great-grandchildren; several beloved bonus great-grandchildren; and many dear nieces and nephews, friends, and colleagues who will remember him fondly.

Charles will be remembered for his gentle spirit, unwavering integrity, and the joy he found on the fairways and in the company of those he loved most.

Funeral services will be held 12:00pm,  Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Moody Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home.  Interment will follow the service in Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
