Lake Toxaway – Christopher Alan Freeman, 42, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017. He was the son of the late Leslie Freeman. Survivors include his mother; Linda Freeman of Lake Toxaway, brother; Scott Freeman and wife Sara of Sylva, nephews; Gideon, Corbin and Linus Freeman and a very special friend, Patrick Bairefoot. Funeral services will be held 12noon on Friday, March 31, 2017 at Cornerstone Community Church in Lake Toxaway. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory with military honors provided by the Transylvania County Honor Guard.
