Brevard – Cleo Elsie Ashe Huggins, 90, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Etha Middleton Ashe. She was preceded in death by her brother; Charles Lyman Ashe and her sister; Nora Lee Klepps. Survivors include the love of her life, her husband of 74 years, Russell E. Huggins, son; James "Ernest" Huggins and wife Diane, granddaughter; Christy Bryson and husband Jeremy, grandson; James Huggins and wife Kendra, sister; Mattie Ray, great grandchildren; Trista, Carter, Parker and Charlie, step great grandchildren; Alana and Beckett. Graveside services will be held 11am, Friday, April 28, 2017 at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
