Cody Ryan Gillespie, age 23, of Brevard passed away on October 30, 2019. Cody was born on July 23, 1996, in Transylvania County, NC to Tina Gillespie Worley and Timothy Webster. He is preceded in death by his half brother Eric Webster, maternal grandparents, Don Gillespie and Diane Bryson Gillespie, and paternal grandfather, Leonard D. Webster. Survivors include his beloved mother Tina Worley; his father, Timothy Webster and wife Kathy; two brothers, Chris Gillespie and Colby Bryant and finance Melanie Smith; paternal grandmother, Shirley Webster; three step brothers and one step sister; one niece Zania Gillespie; two nephews, Dezmond Gillespie and Oliver Bryant. A celebration of Life service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, November 9, 2019 in the Moody-Connolly Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
