Cindy Powell McCall 62 of Hendersonville passed away Saturday,  March 2, 2024.

Born in Transylvania County on May 30, 1961, Cindy was the daughter of Odell Powell (Betty Jo) and Bethalee McCallum (Cliff).

Cindy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Glen and Christine Powell and Bill and Leado Suttles as well as her oldest nephew,  Rustyn Powell.

Cindy leaves behind her parents, step-parents, loving sisters,  Christy Powell, Donna Mooney (Michael), Lisa Marx, Melissa Henson (John), Stacey Richardson (Dennis), Aunt Doris Raines (Austin), several nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 16, 2024  at 11:00am at The Oak Haven Apartment Complex 1308 Old Spartanburg Hwy in Hendersonville.  A graveside service will be the same day at 2:00pm at Galloway Memorial Park on Pickens Hwy in Rosman, followed by a visitation from 3:30-4:30pm at East Fork Baptist Church in Brevard.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in Cindy's memory to Labor of Love Transport and Rescue,  PO Box 392 Horse Shoe, NC  28742.
