Brevard - Dalice Powell, 96, passed away at her home in Middlefork on December 22, 2020. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Roy Meece and Richmond Powell, her son Doug Powell, granddaughter Linda Simpson, and great-granddaughter Charity Worley. She was the daughter of the late Perry and Ella Smith Gravley of Rosman. She retired from MB Industries and was a member of Zion Baptist Church. Survivors include three children; Joyce Suddeth, Harry Powell and wife Derinda, Steve Powell and wife Sharon and daughter in law Mildred Powell, In addition to these, she leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 30 at 2 pm at the Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
