Brevard – Daphna Nicholson Brown, 89, rejoined many of her family Thursday, August 18, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Ben and Frances Parker Nicholson. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Brown, sons; Gregory and Douglas Brown and sisters; Dallas Ward and husband Ralph, Carmen Farley and husband Johnny, Leah Taylor and husband Haven and one brother, Thurman Nicholson. Holding her memory in love and gratitude are her sister, Selma Stribling; brother in law, Vaughn Brown; granddaughter, Emily Kelley; grandson, Josh Brown and many cousins, nieces, nephews and her family of faith at Turkey Creek Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held 11am, Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
