Penrose – David Michael Justice, 55, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2016. He was the son of the Calvin Justice and the late Joanne McCrary Justice. David was a loving father and husband who particularly enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters. A 16 year employee of Dupont manufacturing, he worked rotating shifts to support his family and was also a member of the Dupont Fire Brigade. In addition to his father, survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Pam Justice, daughter; Emily Sears and husband Michael of Marion, NC, , brothers; Gary Justice and wife Vicki of Marion, NC, Daniel Justice of Asheville and Daryl Justice and wife Tina of Seneca, SC, grandchildren; Katelyn and Allison Sears. Graveside services will be held 1pm, Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the Justice Family Cemetery with the Revs. John Ashe and Claude Nicholson officiating.
