Pisgah Forest – David Anthony Mitchell, 45, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016. He was the son of the late Dave Mitchell and Janice Doss. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his grandma Betty and his grandpa Meb. David was a very intelligent man who enjoyed working. He loved to fish and was "Dr. Doolittle" to the many animals of nature he adored. In addition to his Mother, survivors include the love of his life for 17 years; Lisa LaDuron Mitchell, son; Alex Waller of Pisgah Forest, daughter; Elise Martin and husband Matthew of Charleston, SC, sisters; Kris Davis and Traci Holmes and one grandson; Julius Martin.
