Elousie Brown Hale, 90, went to be with our Lord, July 17, 2024. She passed away peacefully at her home in Brevard surrounded by her family.

She is proceeded in death by her mother, Elva Brown, who died at a young age; her aunt, Marie Coward, who raised her in a loving Christian home; her two sisters, Opal Bryson Owen and Juanita McCall; her two brothers Arville Brown and Hubert Brown; her granddaughter Ronnell Crane.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Middleton and her husband Ronnie, her son Greg Hale and his wife Chrissy; her brothers WA Brown and his wife Maxine and Kay Brown and his wife Mary, and Anthony Coward; her sisters Bronith Shook and Vicky Frady; her grandchildren Tennile Collins and her husband Tim, Crystal Middleton, Ronnie Middleton Jr, Jamie Crane, Baylee H. Bicio and her husband Michael, Jay Hale and his wife Savannah; her great grandchildren Kimberly Leonard and her husband Kyle, Brittany Leonard and her husband Simon,  Stephen Tucker, Timothy Collins, Craig Collins, and Ransom Middleton; her great-great grandson, Thomas King; many loving nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, July 21, 2024, at the Rosman Pentecostal Lighthouse. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be at Shook Cemetery: 172 Shook Cemetery Road, Tuckasegee, NC.
