Emma Faye Owen Fletcher, 69, of Brevard passed away on her birthday, September 28, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Lorne and Thelma Galloway Owen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Fletcher and sisters, Pat Cagle and Mary Rose Hoxit. Survivors include her brothers, Robert Owen and wife Frances of Brevard, Paul Owen and wife Dorothy of Balsam Grove, Thomas Owen and wife Sharon of Easley, S, Ernest Owen and wife Sandy of Brevard and Gary Owen and wife Glenda of Brevard; sister, Linda Sentelle and husband Shaun of Pisgah Forest; many nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles, one special niece, Amy and a special caregiver, Joan Hoxit. Funeral services will be held 2pm, Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 6pm until 8pm at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service in Wolf Mountain Cemetery.
