Emory Lee McLean, 68 of Rosman, died Monday November 30, 2009 at his residence. He was born December 17, 1940 in Transylvania County to the late Loonie McLean and Aggie Mae Ball McLean. Mr. McLean was retired from the North Carolina DOT and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife Earleen Hoxit McLean of the home, one son Travis McLean and one daughter Ms. Julie McLean both of Rosman, one brother Hugh Stanley McLean of Honey Path SC , one sister Mrs. Thelma Nichols of Six Mile SC, nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A gathering of friends will be Friday December 4, 2009 from 7-9:00PM at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home.
