Eric Leecain Landreth, 52, of Little River, went home to be with the Lord March 3, 2021 at Mission Hospital from COVID-19.
Born on November 4, 1968, he was the youngest son of the late Charles Robert "Bob" and Nelda Capps Landreth.
He was preceded in death by his father Bob Landreth; sister Sharon Tilson; brother-in-law Jeff Goolsby.
Survivors include his loving wife and best friend Terry Davis Landreth, mother Nelda Capps Landreth, sons Eli Landreth, Isaiah Landreth, and Zebulun Landreth; brother Keith Landreth (Sandy); sister Karon Goolsby; nephews Caleb Landreth, Shawn Landreth, JC Goolsby, Dustin Goolsby, Cody Goolsby and Zack Davis; and nieces Holly Zimmerman, Heather Campbell, Cora Carter and Sophie Voris.
Eric was a 1987 graduate of Brevard High School. He worked at Wilsonart, first as a sander then as a foreman for over 26 years. He had a great work ethic and truly cared for those he worked with. He loved people and was the best father, husband and friend. He liked to fish and loved to spend time with his family. Eric and his wife were amateur genealogists and recently joined the Echota Cherokee Tribe of Alabama from a Cherokee connection on his moms' side, where he served briefly as Chief of new members for the Echota.
A graveside service will be held at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory in Pisgah Forest on Saturday March 6, 2021 at 11 am with Rev. Eddie Dodson and Rev. Michael Skinner officiating.
