Ethel Mae (Brock) Horton went to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 11, 2020 after 94 wonderful years on this earth. Ethel was a faithful wife, homemaker, and devout Christian; she raised two devoted children whom both preceded her in death, Dalton Wilson Horton and Gwen (Horton) West. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Clayton Wilson Horton. Ethel was born and raised in Chesterfield County, SC. She lived the majority of her married life in Lugoff, SC and Brevard, NC. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Brevard, NC. She is survived by many loving Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren who will deeply miss her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethea Retirement Community, Darlington, SC. Graveside services will be held 11am, Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
