Ethel Bryson Russell, age 90,died Thursday, December 15, 2011 at her residence in Sophia, North Carolina. She was born October 20, 1921 to the late Fred Anderson Bryson and Hetti Brown Bryson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Dan Russell, two brothers; Carl and Tom Bryson and three sisters; Zell Bryson, Evelyn Franks and Catherine Johnson. Mrs. Russell is survived by one sister; Dorothy Frady and husband Jack, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
