Eva Ann Patterson Bishop Pisgah Forest – Eva Ann Patterson Bishop, 80, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Joe and Jenny Ledbetter Patterson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Carl Bishop, daughter; Jenny Faye Bishop and a brother; Harry Patterson. Mrs. Bishop was a member of Enon Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and the outdoors. She had a special love for dogs. Surviving are her sons; Mike Bishop and wife Syretta of Waynesville, Allen Bishop of Marion, KY, Kim Bishop and wife Kirsten of Little River and Scott Bishop of Pisgah Forest, daughters; Peggy Long and husband Billy of Elon, NC, Elaine Owen and husband Jimmy of Little Rive, Kaye Owen and husband Lawrence of Brevard and Patricia Daves and husband Tim of Brevard; fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 12pm, Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 3800 Shamrock Dr, Charlotte, NC 28215.
