Brevard – Florence Thompson Jeffers, 86, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Modest Thompson. She was preceded in death by her husband; Frank Jeffers, Sr. and a son, Reginald Amon Jeffers. Survivors include her son; Sonny Jeffers of Brevard, daughter; Beth Oliver of Pisgah Forest and Colleen Jose and husband Buddy of Austin, TX , niece; Donna Castilow, many grandchildren and great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 3pm, Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Carr's Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Shane Hardesty officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
