Forrest Duane Stamey, age 46, of Balfour, died, Saturday October 10, 2009, at Pardee Hospital. He was born May 12, 1963 in Transylv ania County to the late Charles "Chuck" Stamey and Barbara Bryson Stamey Wilde. He was the owner of Stamey's Carpet & Vinyl and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife Brenda Cole Stamey of the home two sons Forrest and Kenneth Stamey both of Hendersonville, two Daughters Ms. Sebrina and Selina Stamey both of Hendersonville, one brother Devlin Wilde and his wife Tory of Tuckasegee NC and one sister Mrs. Dawn Stamey Sentelle and her husband Kerry of Pisgah Forest. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 2 PM at Blantyre Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Ron Nelson. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to; Four Seasons Hospice 571 S.
