Frances Hightower Brown, age 79, of Pisgah Forest, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Everette and Lucy Hightower. Survivors include one daughter, Teresa Erwin and husband John, three brothers, Everette Hightower, Jr. and wife Mary, Cecil Hightower and wife Susie and C.D. Hightower, two sisters, Ella Lee Parker and husband Larry and Margie Stepp, grandchildren, Christy Erwin and Cassie Erwin Stockton and husband Chad, great grandchild, Laney Stockton and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 2pm, Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
