Rosman -Frances L. Leopard, age 78, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2021. Born in Transylvania County, she was the daughter of the late Hamilton and Ethel Kilpatrick. She was also preceded in death by her former husband, Gordon Lee Leopard and daughter, Joy Leopard, son, Douglas Leopard and grandson, James Leopard. Frances was of the pentecostal faith. Survivors include four sons, Gene, Bobby, Boyd and Jonathon Leopard, two brothers, L. C. Owens and Craig Kilpatrick, nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Sunday, May 2, 2021. Interment was at Hamburg Baptist Church Cemetery in Glenville, NC.
