Frank Everette Dobbins, age 80, of Brevard, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. He was the son of the late William and Esther Buchanan Dobbins. In addition to her parents, one daughter, Mary Frances Dobbins, two sisters, Evelyn Stairs and Elouise Hill, two brothers, William Dobbins and James Dobbins and one grandson, John Adams. Frank was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Frances Dobbins, two sons, Brian Dobbins and wife Patricia of Raleigh and Sean Dobbins and wife Christina of Brevard, one sister Doris Glance of Rutherfordton and grandchildren, Jacob, Jimmy, Vickie, Zachary, Rebekah, Robert "Elwood" and Rachel. Memorial services will be held 2pm, Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
