Etowah – Fred Norman Reimold, 75, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 14, 2015. He was the son of the late Fred and Mae DesJarlais Reimold. Fred first and foremost loved the Lord Jesus Christ with all his heart. He loved people and bluegrass music. He was very meticulous with everything. He enjoyed traveling and camping. He was an avid craftsman, very intelligent and was very appreciative and proud of the US Military. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Carole Reimold; daughters, Kathleen Elizabeth Weldon of Powder Springs, GA and Susan Lynn Petersen and husband Michael of Evanston, IL; sister, Nancy Peters of Tucson, AZ and grandchildren, Army Calvary Scout Private Dalton Little, Jackson and Charles Little and Kathrine and Frances Petersen. A Memorial Service will be held 2pm, Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the Brevard Wesleyan Church with the Revs. Richard Jelly and Danny Byers officiating.
