Gail Galloway Forester, 65, of Etowah entered into rest with her LORD on Saturday, March 18, 2017. A native of Transylvania County she was the daughter of the late Ivan Victor Galloway and Eva Morgan Galloway. Mrs. Forester was a 1970 Brevard High School graduate. She also had a degree from A-B Tec in Radiologic Technology working at Memorial Mission Hospital, Asheville Imaging, and A-B Tec as a Clinical Instructor. She also worked for 28 years in a School Photography Business with her Husband. She was a member of Etowah Baptist Church and was also a member of Gideons International. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Ron Forester; sisters, Elayne Cantrell of Pisgah Forest, and Dawn Guerra and husband Arturo of Clinton, SC; brothers, Victor Galloway and wife Ellen of Pisgah Forest and Marty "Buck" Galloway and wife Yvonne of Pisgah Forest. She also enjoyed a large family consisting of numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews as well as a host of cousins. The funeral service will be held at 3 PM Friday, March 24, 2017 at Etowah Baptist Church. Entombment will follow at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Gideons International c/o Henderson Gideon Camp P O Box 6284 Hendersonville, N C to purchase bibles in her name.
