George Neill, 68, graduated to heaven on Sunday, Dec 10, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife Starr, his father, his mother, and his step-mother. Raised in Brevard, he moved to Charlotte to attend college and remained there until he married. From there he moved around with his job as a computer programmer. He retired in April and resettled back in Brevard to enjoy country life. He had a passion for ham radio and tinkering with computers of all sorts. He loved his family, often going out of his way to spend time with them. He is survived by two children he loved as his own, Heather Lancaster (Greg) of Anderson SC, and Todd Webb of Winston-Salem NC, a brother, William Combs (Vera) of Naples FL, and two step siblings. A memorial service will be held 3pm, Friday, December 15, 2017 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
